適應症
利用反轉錄聚合酶連鎖反應(RT-PCR)合併即時螢光偵測的方式，定量測試人類血漿中第一型人類免疫缺乏病毒核醣(HIV-1 RNA)。本檢驗法旨在輔助評估抗病毒藥物治療的反應及作為疾病預後的指標，不能用於HIV-1篩檢或是作為確認HIV-1感染之診斷依據。
