The MorganTM HLA SSP ABDR Typing Kit provides sufficient reagents for 20 or 40 tests (Cat. No. 33230 or 33231). The major components are the MorganTM HLA Typing Trays and 8M Buffer. Each tray is designed for 2 tests, consisting of PCR tubes that contain dried primers. The 8M buffer is optimized for PCR reactions, and contains dNTP、MgCl2、KCl、Tris、glycerol and Cresol red.
