The calibrator concentrations (μg/dL) are referenced to an in-house DHEA-S standard preparation. 4. Conjugate 23mL : DHEA-S conjugated to an isoluminol derivative, non-specific mouse IgG, bovine serum albumin, PBS buffer, preservatives, an inert red dye. 5.
