Dimertest® Latex Beads: a 0.83% suspension of latex particles coated with murine monoclonal antibody specific for human D-dimer derivatives of cross-linked fibrin, containing stabilizers and 0.1% sodium azide as a preservative.2. Dimertest® Positive Control: a solution cotaining purified human D-dimer fragment, stabilizers and 0.1% sodium azide as a preservative. Solution will give a positive agglutination reaction with the Dimertest® Latex Beads.3. Dimertest® Negative Control: a solution containing buffer and 0.1% sodium azide as a preservative. Solution will not agglutinate with the Dimertest® Latex Beads.4. Dimertest® Buffer: a 10 mM phosphate buffer solution and 0.1% sodium azide as a preservative. @ 藥要看
