Negative control serum containing 0.099% sodium azide.\n4. Affinity purified sheep anti-human IgG (H+L) fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC) containing 0.099% sodium azide.\n5. 1% Evans Blue, as an optional counterstain.\n6. Phosphate buffered saline (PBS), a 20-fold concentrate in liquid form.\n7. Blotters to blot around the wells after washing.\n8.
