Calibrators (4 x 0.7 ml). 1 set of calibrators (1-4).\n5. Positive control (1 x 0.7 ml). See vial label for expected value.\n6. Negative control (0.7 ml).\n7.Wash buffer (1 x 50 ml). 10 x concentrated; dilute to a final volume of 500 ml with pure water before use.\n8.
