- 中文適應症：1.1 治療糜爛性食道炎 :可使用於治療各種等級的糜爛性食道炎(EE)於含12歲以上病患，使用達8週。1.2 維持糜爛性食道炎已治癒後的療效 :可使用於維持已治癒EE的療效及緩解心灼熱於含12歲以上病患，於成人使用達6個月、12~17歲使用達16週。 1.3.非糜爛性胃食道逆流疾病之症狀治療 :可使用於治療有症狀的非糜爛性胃食道逆流疾病(GERD)所引起的心灼熱於含12歲以上病患，持續4週。英文適應症：1.1 Healing of Erosive Esophagitis The drug is indicated in patients 12 years of age and older for healing of all grades of erosive esophagitis (EE) for up to eight weeks. 1.2 Maintenance of Healed Erosive Esophagitis and Relief of Hearburn The drug is indicated in patients 12 years of age and older to maintain healing of EE and relief of hearburn for up to six months in adults and 16 weeks in patients 12 to 17 years of age. 1.3 Treatment of Symptomatic Non-Erosive Gastroesophageal Reflux Disease The drug is indicated in patients 12 years of age and older for the treatment of heartburn associated with symptomatic non-erosive gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD) for four weeks.
