Positive Control (1.4ml)-Inactivated H. pylori ATCC #43504 at approximately 37.5μg protein/ml in a pH 7.2, 10mM phosphate buffered solution 0.02% Thimerosal.\n3. Negative Control (1.4ml)-pH 7.2, 10mM phosphate buffered solution with 0.02% Thimerosal.\n4. Sample Diluent (18.8ml)-pH 7.2, 10mM phosphate buffered solution with 0.02% Thimerosal.\n5. 20X Wash Buffer (50ml)-pH 6.8, 180mM phosphate buffered solution with 0.02% Thimerosal.\n6. Enzyme Conjugate (3.5ml)-Rabbit polyclonal antibody specific for H. pylori conjugated to horseradish peroxidase in a pH 7.8, 50mM Tris buffered solution containing 0.02% Thimerosal.\n7. Substrate (12.5ml)-pH 5.0, 100mM Citrate-acetate buffered solution containing urea peroxide and 3,3,5,5 tetramethylbenzidine.\n8. Stop Solution (7.0ml)-2N sulfuric acid (pH ≤1.0).
