Positive and Negative Control Sera lyophilized: Each human control serum is reconstituted with 1 ml PBS to give a 1:10 working dilution. Conjugate lyophilized: Fluorescein-labeled antihuman IgG (caprine) is reconstituted with 3 ml of PBS Mounting Fluid: The mounting fluid is a glycerol-water combination formulated to minimize elution of counterstain.
