S1, S2, S3, S4, S5: Folate (pterolylglutamic acid) in buffered matrix at levels of approximately 1.0, 2.5, 5.0, 10.0, and 20.0 ng/mL (2.3, 5.7, 11.3, 22.7, and 45.3 nmol/L), respectively, with HSA, surfactant, <0.1% sodium azide, and 0.25% ProClin 300.
