Antigen Control Slides-5 slides: eight-well antigen control slides with one well each of (Ⅰ) adenovirus, (Ⅱ) A549 cell controls, (Ⅲ) influenza A, (Ⅳ)influenza B (Ⅴ) parainfluenza type 1, (Ⅵ) parainfluenza type 2, (Ⅶ) parainfluenza type 3, and (Ⅷ) RSV.2. 10 ml anti-viral antibody screening reagent3. 2 ml of each Anti-viral antibody identification reagent4. 20 ml FITC labeled goat or sheep anti-mouse IgG F (ab’)2 antibodies with Evan’s blue counterstain.5. 10 ml non-immune mouse antibodies for use as a negative antibody control.6. 15 ml buffered glycerol mounting medium.7. 2 vials phosphate buffered saline; each for reconstitution to one litre. @ 藥要看
