The pellets have been cut into 4μm sections and placed on charged slides. When stained with PATHWAY HER-2 (CB11) primary antibody or PATHWAY HER2 (4B5) primary antibody, the cell lines produced HER-2/neu staining scores of 0, 1+, 2+, and 3+.
