Strong Cetrimide Solution(BP) is an aqueous solution of cetrimide. It contains not less than 38.0% w/v and not more than 42.0% w/v (95.0% to 105.0% of 40% w/v solution) of cerimide, calculated as C17H38BrN. It contains Ethanol (96 per cent) or Isoptopyl Alcohol or both. It may be perfumed and may contain colouring matter.
