每套組含：1.Anti-IgM beads: One dispenser contains 100 beads coated with purified antibody to human IgM (rabbit).2. 125I‧Anti-HAV Solution: One bottles, 10ml each or ten bottles 1ml each with 125I labeled Anti-HAV (Mouse Monoclonal). The maximum radioactivity is 3.8μCi/ml. Preservatives: 0.01% Thimerosal and 0.001% Gentamycin. 3.Anti-HAV IgM Positive Control: One bottle (3.0ml) human serum, containing diluted Anti-HAV IgM. Minimum titer:1:4 Preservatives: 0.01% Thimerosal and 0.001% Gentamycin.4. Anti-HAV IgM Negative Control: One bottle (4ml) diluted normal human serum. It should not be reactive for Anti-HAV IgM. Preservatives: 0.01% Thimerosal and 0.001% Gentamycin.
