The LC Partigen immunodiffusion plate contains monospecific antiserum to the respective human protein in a layer of agarose gel. The antisera are obtained by immunizing rabbits (K), sheep (S) or goats (Z). The letter in parentheses on the label indicates the animal species. Preservative: sodium azide < 1 g/L, sodium timerfonate < 0.006 g/L.
