Tetramethylbenzidine TMB :Amixture of 3,3’,5,5’-tetramethylbenzidine and hydrogen peroxide in a citrate-acid citrate buffer.\n6. Positive Control Serum : 200μL humanserum (contains 0.1% sodiumazide and 0.005% gentamycin sulphate).\n7. Cut-Off Calibrator Serum : 400μL humanserum (contains 0.1% sodiumazide and 0.005% gentamycin sulphate).\n8.
