Calcium Folinate contains not less than 97.0% and not more than the equivalent of 102.0% of calcium (2S)-2-{[4-[[[(6RS)-2-amino-5-formy-4-1,4,5,6,7,8-hexahydropteridin-6-yl]methyl]amino]benzoyl]amino} pentanedioate and not less than 7.54 percent and not more than the equivalent of 8.14 percent of Ca, both calculated with reference to the anhydrous and solvent-free substance.
